Sandra began her career in real estate 35 years ago as a Realtor with aspirations of owning her own business. She attained that goal in 1984 as a Licensed Real Estate Broker and is proud to have celebrated Erickson Real Estate’s 30th Anniversary in 2014.
She has been a partner in the revitalization of neighborhoods while continuing her commitment to quality, affordable housing.
Sandra serves as the Vice Chairman of BICNY and as a board member for several other initiatives throughout the Bronx and NYS.
